I have a machine where all of my motors, etc are being run in wire basket.

On one motor I need to leave the wire basket and transition to conduit to run out to a conveyor motor. My problem is how to run through the wire basket to one end of the machine, then conduit out to a motor that is around 40 feet away. (7.5HP)
Should I run VFD Tray cable all the way even through the conduit?
Can I run THHN conductors through the mesh basket then into the conduit?

The Mesh basket is B-LINE "FLEXTRAY" ...If it matters.

Ideas , Suggestions ?

What we do is tie down some karflex or LFMC into the basket and then leave the basket transitioning into the flex or pipe. Pull the cable straight through. It would be
also possible to drop into a junction box and then traditional conduit methods from there. Usually if single conductors are in a tray it's larger cable. Motor cables are
usually multiconductor or VFD cable. You can splice in a JB and then go to wire and conduit to your motor.

Thanks for the input !

Many of the other motors are VFD driven and run with VFD cable. However this one doesn't need to be as it's just a FVNR motor.
If I can run liquid tight flex IN the wire basket that simplifies things a bit...
