How do I order a NQOD Panel with a Branch Mount Main Breaker?

How do I order a NQOD 240 VAC Single Phase Panel with a Branch Mount Main Breaker?
I have this information from Tech Support:
I. BRANCH MOUNT MAIN BREAKER PANEL
Interior: NQ18L1
QOB 240 (40A breaker 2 pole)
NEMA 3R Enclosure: MH26WP
Ground bar kit: PK27GTA or PK23GTA

When I want to order a regular panel with a Main Breaker on the Top, I get these parts:
II. TOP MAIN BREAKER PANEL
Interior: NQ18L1
Main Breaker adapter kit: NQMB2HJ
Main Breaker: HDL36060
NEMA 3R Enclosure: MH38WP
Ground bar kit: PK27GTAor PK23GTA

My question is how do I achieve the Main Breaker functionality with the parts listed in I Branch Mount Main Breaker Panel
Do I simply connect my feed conductors to the QOB 240 40 A breaker and back feed the A and B bus bars?
Or do do I need a special part or kit?

Yes.

The QOB breaker is a built-in style so it can be back-end with no extra parts.
