How do I wire two kohler transfer switches for two 200 amp panels

Do I still put the CT's in both panels

How does load shedding work with two transfers? Can I put up to 8 relays now that there is two panels?

I just emailed kohler and i cant seem to find many answers on google with wiring diagrams
 
The systems I have installed with dual ATSs had instructions on how to wire them in a master/slave configuration.

I suggest calling them instead of emailing: 800-544-2444

One ATS may be able to operate via a 2-wire connection.

I also saw one site mention using one RTX and one RTD.
