How do you maintain pricing lists for material?

Do any of the supply houses have electronic tools for keeping a up to date price list? If not do you just maintain a historical list of material prices and call for bids on larger items?

Yes, and yes. We use the current pricing from our supplier online, and get quotes for larger items.

I don't see the value in Internet pricing as yet, as no local suppliers in my area submit their prices to those services.
