So most of us have OUR codebook ( also known as my precious) full of my highlights, underlines and notes so with new code cycle do you retab and highlight page by page, or do you grab scissors, tape and glue rebuilding your original better, stronger, faster than ever before?
This is obviously a lighthearted questions but still an honest one

I only tabbed one code book and wished I hadn't after I did. I don't know how long you've been in the trade but, if you cut up a code book (or even loose one) you will wish you had it back intact sometime in the future.

I lost my first two (75 and 78) and always wish I had them back.

Would it pain you to hear that I tossed my 2002 and 2005 books?

I buy a new book every cycle (Michigan is currently on 2011) and put tabs on them.

My employer provides us a code update class that usually comes with a book highlighting and referencing the updates.
