368-12(c) allows breakers to be mounted on a busway and be operated with a stick. How high can this busway be mounted and still have breakers operable from the floor with a stick? I have an installation that requires a 20 foot stick to reach single pole breakers from the floor. The breakers are about 24' high. Is this an acceptable installation?

I have not heard of a limit to the length, I've seen higher.
