How many 208v 40amp, single phase plugs from a 45KVA transformer

Hello

I trying to figure out how many plugs can be installed on a 45KVA transformer

the plug is a Level II: 208v, 40 amps (I think the breaker is 50amps), single phase AC

The transformer is 45KVA

It is for electric car charging in a large condo building in Seattle.

is that enough information to figure it out?
