How much to charge apratment rough in

How much would you charge to wire up( device and everything) a 40x25 two bedroom apartment with garage beneath and a new 200a service? I have an idea, just wonder what you guys are charging in new england area.

I just finished one of similar size for $5,250, no garage, on slab to code min. This was a burned out unit in a 4-family. no new service, just new feeders to a new 100 amp. panel in the unit. All demo was done by others.
