This is my first underground 200 amp service installation since i went out on my own and I need some help with my quote. I have to bury service in sched 80 conduit ,35 feet from house to pole, under a sidewalk and fence, with just one circuit inside for temp power. I figure about $450 in materials and $400 for the backhoe for a day. I have no idea what rocks or roots or other junk I may find down there. any advice will help. :)
Thanks TD

eo,

please clarify a couple of things:

1- why schedule 80?
2- is the one circuit all you are running in the conduit? or is that the one circuit coming out or the new panel?
3-meter and MCB panel? or Meter, Disconnect and MLO Panel?

How many man hours are you figuring? How did you determine your labor rate? (actually figure out your costs or try to match the going rate?)

$400.00 for a backhoe for the day? Is that you running it? If not you better get a price on it.
List your material cost + profit and then figure your labor, permit fees.

I think this was deleted from one of mine....
