I just bought a mobile home what appears to be a strange wiring system. I need to know what is the proper grounding for each panel that is there. Here is how it is currently wired. There is a telephone pole with a 200A panel with a 200A main breaker installed. It feeds a pedestal about 100' away which also has a 200A panel with a 200A breaker that feeds the main 200A panel on the exterior of the house. Off of that there is a 100A subpanel in use for 4 additional circuits. My question: What grounding electrodes should be where and which one is the subpanel?
