It comes out of the PVC into a bushed piece of EMT. I know it wouldn't still have been code, but could you have at least piped it into the PVC covering it!
I can't install this in most jurisdiction unless its in RMC (which its supposed to be) Free air 6" off the floor here, and no one is willing to deal with it.
I won't mention the exposed EGC.
