I wish my thumb was that big!!:grin: Does this include the panel costs, spread over several hundred devices? What about acceptance testing, drawings, customer training?

I take care of the EE part for the owner.
Often the work is done by a union shop.

open wire unit per device - 3 hours + $40 material + package cost
conduit per device - 5 hours + $60 material + package cost
This includes check out and everything. Put a little more in for panels.

This works out pretty good for me. Whenever I tried to wheel the lengths and apply unit costs to wire and conduit I usually come up way short. This usually ends up being $350 / device open wire and $500 / device conduit including package costs for union shops.
