I need to provide 3, 100 amp 220VAC Circuits and 5, 50 amp, 220VAC(14-50 plug) circuits. Can I do this with three phase panel board and what transformer do I need. I will be feeding it from a 480 3 phase circuit.

Thanks already guys,

I've looked at the delta high leg, would this work? for a 150KVA trans, how much current does that give you per leg?

and the four wire Wye, said something about being limited on current on b leg? Just want to be sure??

First it is the delta that is b leg limited due to the fact that it will be the high leg and not produce 120v.
Real load numbers will help.

A little more information about the nature of the load will assist in providing a better answer.
Will the loads be rated at 208 volt or 240 volt and how much of the load will be 120 volt.
This will help determine if a 240/120v or 208/120v source is more appropriate.

220V has not been a valid nominal voltage, per NEC 220.5, for more than 40 years.
220/120 is not a normal voltage at all.

Does your equipment need 240V L-L? Can it tolerate 208V L-L?
Do you need 120V L-N for any reason?

Do you know the actual loads instead of the breaker ratings?

Just get a standard, readily available 480-120/240 2ph transformer of sufficient kva to surve your load and select any combinaton of 2 phase of your 3ph 480v supply to supply the transformer through a pri OCPD protecting the secondary with a properly sized sec 2p OCPD and call it as day. Unless you have not provided complete information this is the way could would do it. Of course you are familiar that you noww have a separately derived systern and should ground it appropriately.
Don't make it more complicated than it is as this is a very common application.
