How to put out a Lithium Battery Fire

I was reading an article from the NFPA about extinguishing a lithium battery fire.
1) Pour as much water into the battery
2) Use an "A" battery to extinguish the battery
2) Use a "B" battery to extinguish the battery
3) Use a "C" battery to extinguish the battery
4) Leave your house and call the fire department

Install the lithium battery in a separate structure, away from your home.

If you have an EV ... park it outside you garage.

Remove your lithium battery from your solar panel system.
