How to size Service Entrance Overcurrent Protection

Hello,

Can someone tell me which section to look at for sizing fuses in the service entrance disconnect switch? I feel like I keep going in circles between 230, 240, and 430. Attached picture shows my setup.

Should my load be calculated per 430.24?
Should the fuse be selected per Table 430.52?

See attached picture. Trying to keep conductors and fuse as small as possible.

My understanding is you take the 250 and add the amps of the other motors and then downsize to the closest standard fuse size
