how to wire 110/220 open delta 3 phase

need to know how to wire the following diagram with what size wires. from each panel and transformer. the open delta has me a little confused.

Have you done any math yet? Don't worry about it being open/closed delta. It makes no difference for your calculations at this point.

I would be inclined to make sure the transformer has been properly selected to step the voltage up and that it is a wye secondary.

Open delta makes no difference to the wire sizing.

Open or closed delta makes no difference to the 3 phase wiring.

The only main difference is avoiding the 'stinger' leg for your single phase loads.

Step through how you would do this if it were a balanced 3 phase system.
