How to wire GFCI breaker for a 3 wire jacuzzi

The GFCI breaker in connect to 4 wire disconnect . the jacuzzi is 220 volt and ground wire. How to wire the 3 wire jacuzzi to the GFCI breaker.
 
If the load doesn't need a neutral, simply do not connect a neutral between the load and the breaker.

The GFCI breaker will still have a neutral wire that needs to be connected to the panel neutral bus, but the neutral does not needs to extend past the breaker.
