we have set up our new office, but we haven't had enough experience in making our workplace free from hazards like, fire, radiation, or anything health precaution that we should incorporate...also we have some computer and server room in our office...suggesting some hazard avoidance measures could be helpful?

ok... IMHO... If it feels, looks, smells, sounds, or tastes hazardous.... avoid it.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I would perform a work hazard analysis on the area then address the issues discovered. I dont believe you can have a totally Hazard Free work environment since, in my opinion, the phrase "hazard free" is a oxymoron. I do believe that Hazards can be reduced and avoided and it is a constant battle to identify hazards and address them and OSHA requires us to do so. :)
