HOW WOULD THEY BE LABELED ?

I was reading a post here about a vfd with bypass and though of a certain situations where a motor has an option to use the vfd or the seperate across the line bypass panel. When there is a arc flash study will each piece the vfd and seperate panel for the bypass have their own AF label ? They each have their own circuit breaker and panel.
