HSB 24 kw generator close to pool

Hey Guys, I've got a customer who wants a home standby generator. There is little space. He has his 2 a/c condensers and pool pumps approximately 10-15 feet from the pool, in the back yard. I could put the generator 5 feet fro. the a/c condensers and 7 feet from the pool. Does this sound nec compliant?
