Question on which wire to choose

Hello, new to the forum. Want to thank everyone in advance! First, I am looking for help coming up with a plan for my apartment building that I am remodeling. I am working with a liscensed electrician and am getting ready to submit my plan and pull a permit. I have included a rough diagram (sorry not an artist) of my building. I have ordered a Siemens WEP6611 Six meter box. My main question is what wire we should use between that and my 100 amp interior circuit panels. The longest run is 130' and then it gets shorter from there. I can run it through the attic or through the crawl space (but not buried).
My electrician suggested ACSR, but I was wondering if that is the best option.
