Hubs in Nema 12, 13, 4x

Does anyone have a resource to help clarify which nema areas requires raceway hubs and which don't? I'm sure 4x does but I'm not sure of 13 & 12?

First off, you should be calling it UL enclosure types rather then NEMA types.

In the UL 508a standard, there is a listing of what kinds of penetrations are allowed for each type of enclosure.
