HVAC disconnect location

I can't seem to find this in the code book but I know it has to be in there. Is there a minimum distance off of the ground that a disconnect for a heat pump can be?

That explains why I couldn't find it! I thought I remembered reading that a weather proof receptacle had to be mounted a certain distance up off of the ground when it was mounted on a pressure treated post so I thought the disconnect would have a similar code.

Pretty sure you will not find that in the NEC either.
