What is the Load you show on a Panel Schedule for each condenser unit is MCA is 12.3A and the MOCP is 20A.

Also if there is 4 condenser unit, would I consider all the loads to be 100%.

From your data: MCA = 12.3A, MOP = 20:
MCA = 1.25 x FLA of compressor + fan amps
MOP = 2.25 x FLA of compressor + fan amps
Therefore:
FLA = 7.72A
Fan amps = 2.65 A
Total FLAs = 7.72 + 2.65 = 10.37 answer.
Please check if my math is correct.

2.65A seems like a big fan for a unit with only a 7.72 amp compressor to me.

3 and 4 ton units only have around a 2 amp blower motor max from what I can recall.
