HVAC/Plumbing labor units

Hi all.

When I do electrical estimating I frequently refer to the NECA Manual of Labor units.

I have recently had to do some rough estimating for plumbing and HVAC.

Does anyone know if similar manuals of labor units exists for plumbing and HVAC standard materials?

Also you might try RS Means. They do construction labor units which may include HVAC.

Their numbers are not as conservative as NECA's, in a cross check, but should be in the ballpark.

I found a MCAA labor unit manual online but it is PRICEY. Hope I can find a used one in hard copy.

I'm still old-school and like books over pdf's.

I know what you mean. I like having books too. Have you considered printing it out? Double side it for fewer pages.
I like single side because my highlighter doesn't bleed through on another piece of information.

Just an idea.
