Does anyone know the rule of thumb for how many sqft per ton for HVAC?

350 to 750 sqft per ton, or an average of about 500 sqft per ton.

Do not deal with this a lot, but I remember hearing, in Texas, 300SQFT/Ton office, 400SQFT/Ton residential. I can't back this up with fact.

We Use 300SF/Ton For Most Office Type Buildings, 500SF/Ton For Most Residential Applications, 250 SF/Ton For Healthcare Typ Applications, & 400 SF/Ton For Educational Applications.
