We did some service work for a customer in upscale condo 90 units 6 levels and the lady of the house is the head of the condo association and believe it or not they have no maintenance people.
The condo owners are on there own if things need done or repaired they try to repair things them selves so they want me to come to the next condo association meeting an introduce myself and give a run down of how I can help them , mainly electrical maintenance an such , this lady asked if I could Install a 50 in flat screen an wire all components etc.
I told her yes an she said maybe more owners would want the same.
