My question has to do with a service that has 6 meters and disconnects and a house meter and disconect. There is a 800 amp main for the 6 tenant services. I have to comply with 250.64 , does that mean I have to run the GEC thru all the 6 disconects and the size? Size according to the main disco or the indiv 6 ?

Sounds to me like the 800 amp disconnect is likely your service disconnect plus another service disconnect for the house panel.
If I have that right your GEC needs run to the 800 amp disconnect as well as the house disconnect (you did not mention what exactly what it is but guessing only 100 or 200 amps)
I would run GEC sized for service entrance conductors for both disconnects to the 800 amp switch and make a tap to the house disconnect sized on the service entrance conductors feeding the house disconnect.
