I don't know, it sounds like a legitimate job offer for temporary work to me. I don't like teaching classes but other people find it interesting.

It's probably just 4 hours a night or something like that and not very in-depth.

If you like teaching it's one area of the trade that most people don't consider. I was offered a job once teaching a class at a local high school, I don't like but it would have been good work for someone. It's clean and you are not out in the cold.
 
It sounds to me like that "course" is geared for those that flunked out of the "...learn at home to be an electrician, accountant, brain surgeon, etc..." classes. No way can anyone learn from these crash courses. Maybe learn the quickest way to burn down someones house...
