open up this HVAC panel today, shocked as to why they fed it with 100amp when you can only use heat or air one at a time.....no bushings /connectors, no bonding screw, no re-identification , looks like they used tin snips to cut out the KO, very sharp

Lousy work, that's for sure. Yep, no connection from the equipment grounding bar to the enclosure. No conduit for the 100 a urd....no green tape on the egc.....the list goes on....poor workmanship and poor electrical understanding.

looks like the work of an hvac guy. a plumber would have at least ran it in white pvc.
