I Need a Lug - an Insulated Tee-Tap Lug 4-Pole preferably.........

Anybody know of best way to make a 90 degree splice in 250 - 500 kcmil 480v wire.

I am using in an enclosure. Lugs do not have to be mechanically fastened to box.

I checked Polaris and Ideal catalogs but do not see available what I want.

Ideal has a TEE-TAP lug:

but they say 'DISCONTINUED' in their catalog when I look it up.

Why do I need this???? To make for low profile splice and 90 deg turn.

Why do I need it insulated???? To save me time on taping plus more professional finish.

Why do I need it 4-pole???? To keep it neat and low profile so small shallow box.

I am not addressing SCCR in this request. I accept manf. spec.
