I need a model number on a 3 phase 2 gang meter socket

What meter socket do I need to use on a commercial property. Right now the service is 120/208 3 phase (4-wire) 200A. I need to add a meter, no main or disconnect.

I'm not sure if I need a manual bypass lever, I need to call the POCO tomorrow to find out.

To be clear, I don't plan on upgrading the service, just separating the building into two separate spaces.
