I need a small powered louver

I'm doing a stress skinned panel building. It's an old barn frame with a panel skin. The panels are 6" & 8" thick foam with OSB on one side and OSB/drywall blueboard on the other.
My problem is the owner has a copper roof ventilator (mushroom type fan) that he wants to use. The roof is panels. The panel guys will cut the hole and stuff it. Now I have a 15"-18" X 8" deep hole in the roof with the fan at the top. The owner wants a louver to cover the hole since the motor is ugly to look at and this place is heated. The heat will rush out of the hole in the winter. I need a small powered louver to be powered when the fan is turned on.
I have done many with large fans but I can't find any under 24". My supply house guy is looking into it but I have to rely on only the brands he carries. Maybe I can find something on my own, with a little help.

It's actually not an ag building. This dude is a custom jewlery designer and this will be his upstate studio. It's one of three he wants to do this way. He already has the frames, now he's looking for property.

Don't remeber the sizes but I used some several years ago that came from Grainger.

Re: I need a small powered louver

Grainer has a good selection of powered exhast fans w/louvers. I have used and installed many. There are better quality ones avaiable from Greenheck, but at 10X the cost its not worth it unless a commerical job.
