I have a dock that has 100 Amp service on it and at the other end of this floating dock I need to get 20 Amp outlets in 4 location going down the dock ,having a jard time figuring how to.do this

If you install 2/0 copper at the end of the run (approximately at 6000') you will have approximately 10 volts dropped with 10amp load.

I think you are better off with (4) onsite portable generator(s).

Just rough numbers, the copper will cost you $45,000 for the above installation.

1000Watt Honda whisper generator is about $1000 each.

A mile long dock? Wow!
600V or higher using transformers?

We had a similar situation with a boat race course*. The course is just over 2112m so a similar challenge in terms of distance.
We put automatic voltage boosters down the length of the course. They were based on ferroresonant transformers. Bought in units so not my forte but they worked.

put your four outlets where you want them.
run about 100' of pipe back up the dock away from the viewing station.
get a honda 3000 watt EU generator and plug it in.

from the viewing deck, they won't even hear the genset, and it's
data grade power off an inverter, and it'll run all day on a fillup.
electric start, 120/240, and if they decide they need more power
later, you can slave a second unit to it for 6000 watts.

Pinellas Power Products makes wireless remotes for it that work
up to 400' away or so. so you can remote start and stop if from the booth.

generator is $2k. remote start is about $300 iirc.
