I put Orange wire in 120-280V Panel. Can I mark it back with tape or paint? Or should I run a correct color according to NEC?

The code does not restrict the re-identification of ungrounded conductors so you can mark it black if you want to.

The code also does not restrict the use of the color orange, so as long as orange is not being used to identify a conductor on another voltage system per 210.5(C)(1), there is no reason to change anything.

Or the marking of the high leg on a 4-wire Delta, although orange isn't the only means of identifying the high leg.
