I recently heard that Orange County NY accepts a passing grade from ICC In lieu of electricians license. Does anyone know anything about this?

I was told they accept either the Prometric test or the ICC test.
It's not in lieu of the electrical license, you still have to apply, prove your hours, show your passing grade, and go thru the process and get your license.
