Just got a cut from an HVAC engineer for a chiller with the following ratings

MCA: 516
MOCP: 700
ICF: 777

What is ICF? Inrush Current ???

Strange. I've never seen that before. I did a search on the net and the only thing I could come up with was "insulated concrete form".

Does the ME know?

I tried here, but didn't see anything that looked remotely close to anything relating to a chiller.

Instantaeous Circuit Fuse?

ICF - Maximum Instantaneous Current Flow during starting (the point in the stating sequence where the sum of the LRA for the starting
compressor plus the total RLA for all running compressors plus the total FLA for all running fan motors is maximum).

This is a direct quote from a Carrier Chiller Electrical Spec.
