According to this Cooper brochure
here, there are both North American versions (20A, 30A, 60A, 100A) and the "rest of the world" versions (16A, 32A, 63A, 125A) available. I'd guess the pin configurations are the same for nearest ampere ratings, but the markings on the devices may differ. You could try calling Cooper (or some other manufacturer) and asking about availability, code compliance etc. If they are compliant and available, it's worth finding out whether it will be more cost effective to buy IEC type receptacles or to swith over to twist-lock receptacles and cord ends. If I had my "druthers" I'd stay with the IEC ends because I think they're designed better than what we have here in the US, but that's only my humble opinion
