Does anyone know if IEC receptacles and back boxes are interchangeable among brands?
I've already installed a Hubbell BB100N back box for a 100A 3p/4w IEC pin & sleeve receptacle. I ordered both the box and receptacle back in July, and yet another delay has Hubbell saying the expected ship date on the receptacle is now the end of January! I'm considering another brand for the receptacle to see if I can get it sooner but am unsure if it will mount correctly to the Hubbell back box.
