IQ8A microinverters allow for a maximum of 11 modules in a single branch if I connect 12 units of IQ8A microinverters in a single branch circuit.

20A breaker might trip.

Since there are saftey factors built in most likely nothing would actually happen. But the above is possible, especially in really high ambient temps or if there's any issues with installation at splices and terminations.
