If the electrical panel bus is rated for aluminum wiring. Can you run copper wiring into it?

If it says aluminum only, no. Otherwise, yes.
Is there a way to know if it is rated for aluminum only or for both copper/aluminum by opening the panel? If the panel model is unknown and there are no visible stickers on it?

The lugs would be the tell. Brassy color would be copper only. Al color is typically copper and or AL. Panel mfgs typically use lugs they buy
