i was just studying to take my test and saw integrated gas-spacer cable in the code in one my study books. i was just wandering what it is used for or for what application is it needed for.

I've often wondered the same thing. Well, ok, not often, but on occasion. If I wondered about this often I would officially be a weirdo. Maybe I allready am?

But yeah, who makes this stuff, and where do they use it? I haven't seen any at Home Depot so I guess the DIY's can't mess with it. LOL.
