It means it can be used with 350/373 kcmil fine strand conductors like Type W power cable or DLO cable.

i assumed the 350kcmil, just never heard of 373. is that like a welding cable?
It is very similar to welding cable as far as the standing and flexibility. You can easily wrap 535.3 kcmil DLO around your wrist. Most of it has 2000 volt insulation, but some is 1000 volt.
Note that if the cable is only marked DLO (diesel locomotive cable) you can't use it for NEC applications. Some is dual marked as DLO/RHH or RHW and cables with these markings can be used for NEC applications, but you have to make sure that the terminations you use it with are suitable for finely stranded conductors.
