There was a thread posted in this Forum, whose sole purpose was to offer insult to an electric utility company. Right out of the starting gate, it crossed the line between "poking fun" and "being deliberately discourteous." I have closed it, and sent a warning to its originator.

Let's keep focused on the profession, and let's restrict our humor to areas that do not require an unknowing, unwilling, or non-participating "victim" to be the brunt of the joke.
