In-Use Covers on Siding Blocks

If a house has vinyl siding with a recessed block for receptacles (as shown), is an in-use cover required? If so, which product do y'all normally use? Many of them won't fit inside the block.

I use the Arlington in wall in use as well they have many models for all types of application s

I know I may just be used to my own ways. But who uses just Home Depot for their Electrical products? I have always preferred to use an electrical supply house.

+1 Arlington in-box. That is the only box I use for exterior receps.

If the siding block shown is already installed, put a surface-mount box on it, then the in-use cover will open.

Or a WP extension box if there is already a flush box installed in it.
