I have a historic 3 story house and the first floor bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan. There's an exterior brick wall with plaster interior wall. There's a fantech 4 inch exterior mounted wall fan that mounts outside and a few compact nutone and panasonic that supposedly are small enough to fit in wall. I was wondering if anyone had used the panasonic thin interior wall mount or the fan tech, and if they created a draft by being routed directly through wall or caused condensation?
