In which version of the NEC were GFCI (Ground Fault) devices first required?

For AFCI's there's a handy list:

Though no data on any reduction or change in fire incidence correlated with those laws.

For GFCI devices the same source says the devices were added to the NEC in the "1960's" .
Does anyone have a handy specific reference to the first mention in the NEC of GFCI devices?

The first was for underwater pool lighting in the 1968 code. I believe that was a Class B GFCI that is no longer available.
Outdoor dwelling unit receptacles required GFCI protection in the 71 code, but with an effective date of 1/1/73.

My chart shows dwelling GFCI for outdoors was required at same time as Construction sites (not Gen Sets), Marina, Boatyard, Storable Pools, and Outlets within 15ft of Water.

That chart omits GFCI for Dishwashers in 2014 NEC, and AFCI for Guest Rooms, Suites, Hotel / Motels in 2017 NEC, albeit not adopted all states.
