Hi, thanks in advance for your input. I've got a job coming up that requires routing a 125A feeder to a modular building inside a large warehouse. The building is coming pre-wired from the factory with a 125A main panel. Any recommendations on grounding? It's a steel framed structure inside a large metal building. Do I need to worry about bonding anything else besides the frame of the structure?

For the installation as described by the OP, I do not see the need for a grounding electrode or GEC. If there was a service installation for the manufactured building, that would be different.

The EGC installed with the feeder is all that is most likely required. I say it depends on how the panel enclosure is mounted to the M. building.
