Indoor Pool lighting

I have several 277v strip lights that are mounted 8ft. high, mounted in a rain tight plastic enclosure, on a block wall the nearest light being, 14' edge to edge of pool. I know that this should be GFIC protected, but Square D does not make a 4-6 ma breaker at 277volt. They do make a 30ma breaker. Are these fixtures considered personal or equipment?

Not sure what type of Squre D panel it is.

What do you mean by this. Why should it be GFCI protected. Is there an art. in 680 I am missing???
