Had a question today about metal lighting poles, say 40ft high located nearby high voltage transmission lines 112,500 VAC, or higher, that have a voltage induced into them from the HV lines. Its more a "startle" hazard than a shock hazard. the question is how can this be minimized? Its obviously a grounding issue, but how extensive of a ground grid does it take?
